How long is the tour?

The tour length can vary depending on how long guests take at the stops. Our tours are typically 1.5 – 2 hours long. Sometimes guests elect to skip the stops; sometimes, they utilize the total time given.

Can infants come?

Yes, infants can come as long as the guests purchase an infant ticket and provide a child safety seat.

Do you supply child seats?

We do not provide child safety seats.

Where is the Starting Point?

• 725 S. Harbor Island Blvd. Tampa, Fl 33602. Directly in front of the Westin Hotel.
• Start Times for Channelside Starting Point: 10am,  1pm, 4pm.
• We can only guarantee a seat if guests arrive on time.

Where do I park for Downtown Starting Point?

There is street parking all along the sides of the road. Parking can be paid for at any kiosk along the street or on the “ParkMobile” app.

Where do I park for Channelside Starting Point?

If you drive past the Our Channelside Starting Point, The Westin Hotel (If the hotel is to your Right), you will go to the bottom of a little hill and come to a stop sign. Turn right and another immediate right for the most economical parking available.

Is parking paid?

Parking is separate from your tour pricing.

Do we tip?

Tips are always welcome and greatly appreciated by our tour guides.

Do we drive the golf cart?

No, you DO NOT drive the golf cart. You will have a designated golf cart and tour guide for your tour.

Are there seat belts?

Yes, there are seat belts and even seat extenders if you had a big lunch at one of our many excellent Tampa restaurants.

What if I need a seatbelt extender?

Your tour guide will happily provide you with a seat belt extender.

What if it rains?

Tampa rain is very unpredictable; it usually passes quickly unless it is a severe storm. If it’s raining lightly, we will continue our tour. If it is a rain out, you will be contacted to reschedule your tour or receive a full refund.

Will we stay dry if it’s raining?

If it is raining and you choose to continue, we put up the front windscreen, which helps keep us dry, and we offer complimentary ponchos to our guests.

Do we each have our own seats?

Yes, each guest has their own seat.

Can I bring a dog?

Unfortunately, out of consideration for all guests, we cannot bring dogs on the tour.

How fast does the golf cart go?

The maximum speed of our golf carts is 25 mph.

Do we drive on the street?

Our deluxe golf carts are all street-legal, although we avoid most major roadways.

Does the tour make stops?

Yes, there are multiple stops for pictures, bathroom breaks, and briefly walking around.

Are there bathroom breaks?

Yes, there are clean public bathrooms at most of our stops.

Do we stop to eat?

Unfortunately, we ask that the guests refrain from ordering food at our stops because our time is limited. With respect to our guests, we do our best to get you back in the allotted time, and if guests order food, it will extend our time and could inconvenience other guests on the tour.

Can I drink on the tour?

No, unfortunately, Florida State Laws prohibit guests from drinking on the tour.

What if it’s cold?

During the cold season, we provide complimentary blankets for our guests. Due to our limited storage space, we can only hold so many blankets, so you might have to share but don’t worry; they’re big enough and very warm.

Will I get a confirmation? 

Confirmation will be received at time of booking. 

Can I bring a wheelchair? 

Unfortunately we are not wheelchair accessible. 

What is the maximum number of guests per tour? 

Our maximum is 7 guests unless you book a private group tour. 

What if we have a party of more than 7 people? 

Please feel free to email us for information about group tours. 

What is the cancellation policy? 

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of booked tour time of the experience for a full refund. 

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. 

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted. 

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
